cPanel - Parked Domain and Redirection

How to Park and Redirect a Parked Domain to another Domain name using cPanel. This is useful if you want to catch mis-spellings of your domain name. You can redirect the mis-spelling to the correct domain if you own both domain names.

1. In cPanel go to the Domains section.

1.1 Click Parked Domains in the Domains section.

2. Fill in the Domain name

2.1 Fill in the Domain name. A green tick appears when a correct URL format is completed.
2.2 Click the button Add Domain!

Wait! It takes a few moments to move on to the next step.

3. If all is successful, you will see this on screen:

4. How To Redirect one Domain to Another Domain

4.1 Click Manage Redirection of the Parked Domain you want to Redirect.
You can also get to this from the Redirects Button — see Step 1.

5. Fill in the URL Address of the Domain you want To Go To

6. If all is successful, you will see this on screen:

This means that if someone types in the parked domain web page address, they will be automatically redirected to the main domain you want to use.
